Anyone who says that there’s never been canon!Amy/11 needs to watch this episode again because they didn’t do it properly the first time. You can literally see the Doctor’s hearts fucking break when Amy doesn’t pick him. And he doesn’t fight for her, doesn’t take advantage of a world without Rory. The Doctor just holds Amy’s hand and lets her drive them to what could possibly be the true death because it’s always been “my life in your hands, Amelia Pond.”
